I hope that whatever ancillary issues there are, unrelated issues there are, could be resolved in another context, because we really should be moving ahead with this legislation. As I said, he has worked tirelessly on it. No one knows more about the issue than the distinguished senior Senator from Alabama. And, besides, I do not want it back in the Judiciary Committee again. I would like very much for him to succeed in seeing this moved.
