I am particularly concerned about our friends in Georgia.

Thank you for your work together and with Chairman Cardin to promote democracy and free elections.

Amazingly, this law is modeled after a Russian law, and considering what Russia has done to Georgia, that is unbelievable.

We need to provide more support for personnel, for operations, for outreach to support the Human Rights Defenders Fund.
