Mr. President, I made long remarks earlier this afternoon, along with my colleague and friend Senator Hatch. I want to briefly reiterate my thanks to the many staff who worked tirelessly to make it possible for the Defense Trade Secrets Act to move forward today. I greatly appreciate the leadership and hard work of the chairman and ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, Senators Grassley and Leahy, for their hard work and their staffs' work. I want to personally thank Ted Schroeder, who was my chief counsel for many years, for his terrific work on this bill and the dozens of staffs here in the Senate and the House and outside groups who have come together to make it possible for this strong bipartisan bill to move forward today. Thank you, Mr. President. With that, I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Iowa. Ex Parte Seizure Provision
