Of all the things that Candidate Donald Trump said that I thought were beneath him and, frankly, in this case, despicable, his criticism of John McCain's war record, his record of service and of duty and sacrifice as a Prisoner of War in Vietnam for 5.5 years, I thought was beneath contempt.
