Did they have to certify as they sign a lease that they have abided by--does somebody have to sign on a dotted line that the conflict of interest controls have been enforced in this----

We are trying to increase small business use within the Federal Government and certainly within the GSA.

Do you mean the brokerage didn't understand that once you contract with the Federal Government, you are in a different ball game?
