Slowing down and pausing to see what the consequences are, even if they are unintended consequences, is important to do.

I am confident that we made the right decision here, that Congress has been asking us, for now 18 years, to find a way to get our systems to work together with the Department of Defense.

We think that VA offers tremendous training opportunities, and, frankly, it is in our interest to train these students.

If that is true, let me make it clear right now, that should not be followed.
