I turned on my morning news one day and I saw that the President had issued an executive order on mental health care.

If that is true, let me make it clear right now, that should not be followed.

It is an honor and a privilege to be able to serve our veterans.

We have to give the people running our facilities, our medical center directors, more authority and accountability.
