I think those numbers are probably tremendously incomplete.

If the same numbers are dying, if the rate of suicide is 1 in 17, 1 in 20, 1 in 21; I don't even know the most current figure.
Shouldn't the VA be much more aggressive in advocating for those statutes?
Those are not counted as suicide?
