the goal of this bill is to make evident the costs we are imposing on the society, whether it is on another level of government or a private sector entity or an individual, the costs that we are imposing on them to carry out a public benefit. And I think all the vote on the House floor does, when the point of order is raised, is to make clear that I agree that this level of cost for a small businesses is worth it for our society to achieve a certain common goal. That is accountability.
