VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITATIONS. Section 127(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(14) With respect to the State of Connecticut, laws and regulations in effect on October 1, 2013, shall be applicable for the purposes of this subsection.''.
