The deepening ties to India has really spanned three different administrations from the Clinton administration to the Bush administration to the Obama administration.

This conversation about accountability that, of course, I think is incredibly important is not a conversation just about what happens inside the school.

This is about supporting plans to create the climates and atmospheres in schools to make sure that those situations never arise.
