I feel the same cycle playing out again in which the crutch of the American military... is just sort of lulling them into a sense of political complacency that is dangerous.

I think the consensus here is that there is a vacuum.

I think the reason we've ended up with the accreditors as the gatekeepers for title IV is because we were pretty sure Congress didn't have the capacity to do it.

If we're going to fix the accreditation process, then Corinthian should be a bright blinking light as to an example of how this went badly wrong.

One is the ownership and command of information by the patient themselves, and the other is a system whose information support will take care of that patient even when they are alone and incapable.
