Could I ask the gentleman another question? I think it is good to clear the airways that are cluttered with a lot of noise. The other issue being the women, infants and children's programs. And I know that we have worked very hard to get the best deal on formula we have ever seen. And no one that I am aware of has been complaining that that program has been mismanaged or anything else. To now see it broken up and sent out to 150 different States, when I believe and the gentleman from California knows about this, we have saved about a billion dollars just in the contracting with infant formula people.
