As I stand here looking at things that States have done that make sense to me, I am saddened. When you see people saying we ought to get kingpin drug dealers that are out pushing drugs to young kids and we ought to be able to get them in civil court, where obviously the standards are not as high, and we ought to be able to hit them with punitive damages, we are going to come in tonight and say no, we do not think so. We do not want kingpins to pay more than $250,000.
