Look, I am perfectly cool. We have got the time. All I want to know is--I think the gentleman from New Jersey [Mr. Smith] makes a good point. He would rather spend his time explaining his position than calling votes. If that is the gentleman's position and he is willing to cut back the number of votes, hopefully below 10--how about 2 votes? Can the gentleman from New Jersey accept 2 votes?
