So what the gentleman is saying there is while the upper 20 percent had been doing much better, obviously, than the lower 20 percent, with this tax cut we are forgetting even the upper 19 percent of that 20 percent. We are just going for the 1 percent; we are going for the really fattest of the fat cats.
