Today is the day for justice for these marines--and their families--who were lost on that day by the Iranian-backed Hezbollah bomber. So I want to thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania for bringing this measure forward. I urge my colleagues not to forget those who have died and to remember this: when the Iranians say ``death to Americans,'' they mean death to Americans. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Members are reminded to direct their remarks to the Chair.
