The national parks, simply put, give us the ability to better understand, mitigate, and adapt to a changing climate.

Mark Udall is a former U.S. Senator from Colorado, serving from 2009 to 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, he focused on issues such as environmental protection, gun control, and healthcare during his tenure. Udall was known for his advocacy for designating the Rocky Flats site as a National Wildlife Refuge and for supporting measures to close the gun show loophole. He has also emphasized the importance of safety for children in schools, reflecting his constituents' concerns.
I look forward to our partnership continuing as we face a lot of the challenges that our Nation has.
Have not the Western Governors been working on that challenge? Do they not have a policy now that, at least, is in its nascent stages of being developed?

I think that is what you are speaking to here as well, that although you would like to think maybe that the two environments are segregated or separated, actually they are linked.
