My inquiry is, if it is appropriate to call the previous President a liar, is it appropriate that we can refer to the current President as a liar also? The SPEAKER pro tempore. As recorded in section 370 of the House Rules and Manual, the prohibition against engaging in personalities does not apply to former Presidents.
