John Wright Hickenlooper is an American politician and businessman currently serving as the junior United States senator from Colorado, a position he has held since January 3, 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, Hickenlooper previously served as the 42nd governor of Colorado from January 11, 2011, to January 8, 2019.
