I think what we have kind of lost sight of there, right, is the charity aspect and obligation that a nonprofit hospital has.

One of our key findings is that hospitals that have fewer potential competitors nearby have substantially higher prices.

I do not think that is a negligible impact, and I think the science makes clear that is not the case.

I represent the great state of Colorado, and although we are a landlocked state, we certainly care very deeply about our oceans and the species that call our oceans home.

I think it is important--we can get lost in the technical language. These air gun blasts happen every 10 seconds for hours on end, for weeks on end, to a species that calls the ocean home.

We have an obligation to solve this in a compassionate, humanitarian way, but, again, this is not new, this is not an emergency.
