On rollcall No. 127 I was unavoidably detained and missed voting of rollcall No. 127. Had I been present, when the vote was called, I would have voted ``no.'' Mr. McNERNEY. Mr. Speaker, on March 19, 2015, the House voted on H. Res. 152, to provide consideration of H. Res. 132. I accidentally voted ``aye'' on rollcall vote No. 127; I do not support H. Res. 152 or H. Res. 132; I intended to vote ``no'' on rollcall vote No. 127. I would like the record to accurately reflect my stance on this issue. ____________________
