I just remind my friend from Wisconsin that 47 States, every territory, and the District of Columbia now allow for some level of marijuana use, and this Congress is going to have to catch up to what the States are doing. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 minute to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Pelosi).

I don't see this as really a zero-sum game within NASA where we need to have our security parts of the budget to participate in this.

The timing of our discussion today is notable. In overturning Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court has substantially weakened the Constitutional right to privacy.
