Just briefly. I am prepared to close, I would say to my friend from Georgia. The rule that we presented today does span a number of bills. The reason we are putting them all together is because time is of the essence, and there is no reason to delay any further in presenting these particular bills to the vote of the Congress. I absolutely agree. I think we are up to 600, 700 pages of Ethics provisions... some things that are going to be needed, and there are going to be some things that... need to be cleaned up.
And I want to thank the panel and all your colleagues for your persistence and your perseverance with this project because it had a few ups and downs over the course of its life.
