I would just like to point out that this species should have never been listed in the first place. It is highly disputed and contentious science that it was ever even listed at all. So on the previous amendment I think we discussed how the Fish and Wildlife Service is already too busy in your State and they don't have enough money to do what they need to do right now. Let's free up a lot of their workload and take this one off the table because it shouldn't have been listed in the first place.
