“This legislation is named after Taylor Force, and I wanted to say what a special honor it is that his parents are with us here today. I would like to especially thank the Speaker and majority leader for bringing this legislation to the floor for a vote. Taylor Force was an Eagle Scout, West Point graduate, and a veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. He represents everything any parent could want their son or daughter to be. As we know, Mr. and Mrs. Force lost their treasured son in this terror attack. They were left with only photographs and memories.…”
