Without this critical funding, this program will be hard-pressed to make progress and keep moving forward. This next-generation technology will be delayed, and warfighters will lack long-range precision fires against multiple threats. Finally, funding is offset from an account that was originally intended for the exact same purpose. I urge my colleagues to support the amendment.”
