There is a place to talk about reasonable regulation that has to be in place for the drilling process, for the capture of gas, and for how to treat the water that comes back up from a fractured well. Yes, let's look at those things; and let's also look at the State role and not think that the Federal role has to take over completely, as we have some in this administration who would like to do. But the bottom line is we need American jobs. We need a stronger economy. We need lower prices so people keep more of their hard-earned money. That is what these job bills are about this week. It is about the economy and jobs. So we will get into a discussion later today, tomorrow, and Thursday on making sure that the environment is protected, making sure that everyone else has their rights protected; but let's create jobs. That is what these bills are going to do. That is why I am proud to be a sponsor of the bill that comes up later this afternoon that we will be talking more about.
