in my last 1 minute, I just want to make one point that has not been made at this point in time. That is, of that $100 million that we have been talking about from the sale of the 7 million barrels of oil, which by the way is in the district of the gentleman from Louisiana, only $60 million is going to be going for closing down Weeks Island. The rest of it is for general operations. So we are not talking about something that we are going to get into immediately, and no new money has been appropriated to reserve this year. I fully expect next year when a $250 million bill comes up, you know we are going to jump into that giant piggy bank in Louisiana and find some more dollars somewhere.
