In Larimer County, a manufacturing company is going to have to hire new people to comply with the provisions of this act. Is that the kind of job creation this body is looking for? Let's create penalties on business and hope that it drives the economy? That's not right. Madam Speaker, today I urge the passage of H.R. 4, with both Republicans and Democrats standing up to fight for businesses in this country to get our economy moving forward again.
