Again, I would simply urge adoption of the amendment to defund the exchanges. As a former State legislator, the legislators I have talked to in Colorado and around the country all urged the same thing that I have spoken to: Defund the exchanges; defund this bill. Let's put real solutions in place that will actually decrease the cost of care, increase the quality of care, and we can begin that process tonight.
