I would note that I think this bill would have done a lot to save us from the Russian attacks in 2016. I will tell you one thing. The chairman of the Trump campaign, Mr. Manafort, gave internal polling and target data to a Russian agent multiple times while the Russians were buying ads. That would be prohibited under this act.
