Reclaiming my time, yes, I am. The argument made was that somehow this was unfair because those who felt that they had a wrong would have to go to court. I point out under the existing bill, unless the agency agrees, or the arbitration is successful, the individual still has to go to court. So the remedy ultimately is no different under the bill before us or under the amendment before us.
