I acknowledge the hard work of the gentlemen from California, Mr. Bilbray and Mr. Calvert. I do have concerns about the impact on other NOAA research. El Nino must be funded. I am eager to further understand the implications of what has been done here between now and tomorrow, in hopes that I can rise tomorrow in support of what has been outlined here. I look forward to some further clarification from staff between now and tomorrow morning. I thank the gentleman.
