S-Comm, as currently designed, actually threatens public safety and endangers the communities they are sworn to protect.

I do not think it is a balanced effort, and I am sorry that we do not have any technical expertise on this panel.

It was not the big tech companies who said the bill would kill our best hope for securing Internet.
