I am pleased to yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from Michigan (Ms. Stevens), a distinguished member of the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, who did so much work on this.

We are fortunate, indeed, to have Dr. Caraveo as a Member of our House with her keen intellect and pragmatic approach to solving America's problems. I yield such time as she may consume to the gentlewoman from Colorado (Ms. Caraveo).

Now, some of my colleagues say the Department of Justice, a Federal agency that is part of the Biden Administration, somehow directed the Manhattan District Attorney to indict Mr. Trump in a New York State case.
