Representative Sylvia Garcia, a member of the Judiciary Committee, and a former cotton picker, will submit a statement in support of this bill. And I would just note, for the prior speaker, that the Florida Agri- Women, the Florida Blueberry Growers Association, the Florida Citrus Mutual, Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association, Florida Nursery, Florida Strawberry, and Florida Tomato Exchange think this bill will work. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Castro).
