“If the Committee on Rules is thinking of taking up this House Resolution which would call upon the Department of Justice to initiate criminal proceedings on an organization that believes its constitutional rights may be violated if it were to have to respond to this subpoena, then I believe a number of us would have a great amount of concern allowing the House to take that course of action given a number of things that the House has done in regard to the Sanchez investigation.”
