“I was looking through the code book to try to see if I could understand what the gentleman from Florida was saying with regard to my example. The gentleman from Florida said that it would only apply if there were a case of physical force in the jury tampering or witness tampering. I failed to find the exclusion or the requirement that there be physical tampering. It can include a number of things which would provide for intimidation and physical force, but that is not a requirement within the statute. So it could include a number of other things.”
