Senator, I can assure you, the reason back in March and April we were looking at this and really seeing it as a major challenge in CBP, that's Customs and Border Protection, was having these large number of children in their adult detention facilities, where they should not be, is because we wanted to make sure before we took that child, we could provide exactly what you just said.
