The votes I missed included final passage of H.R. 2965, the Federal Prison Industries Competition in Contracting Act and a vote on ordering the previous question for providing for the consideration of H.R. 6061, the Secure Fence Act of 2006. Had I been present for the votes, I would have voted ``aye'' on rollcall vote 443 and ``no'' on rollcall vote 444. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the resolution.
