We have a Commander in Chief. We have to have a certain decorum here and respect for the body, if not for the individual. We have a respect for the person who is our Commander in Chief. I would like to know that the gentleman from California [Mr. Dornan] not only understands that but will apologize to his colleagues and to the President for his behavior.
