I simply wanted to say it is not really a question of hard work. I think the Members want to be able to spend some of their time working hard in their districts. There are many of us who are going to have to leave and really give up our Sunday efforts in the district, and I know that will not necessarily be the impact on many of our colleagues. So I wanted to see whether or not we could continue the practice that got us to this point which we felt was fair and equitable to the people west of the Rockies.
