We do not need to prolong this too much. I think we all appreciate and understand the difficulty of getting a new national park off the ground, and there is no question there is some problems that would need to be addressed----

It is my understanding that crop insurance was not part of the legislation when it passed these individual Houses and was added simply on the same basis that the food stamp provision was. There is some inconsistency.
Does this make them permanent in their status if they served and then leave the service, or do they lose their right to vote after they have left military service?
There may be another approach taken, if the gentlewoman will yield further, that I have not mentioned but still a way in which these growers would not be discriminated against vis-a-vis other agricultural producers?
