AI is currently moving from a technology that answers questions to one that takes action

This is urgent, common sense legislation to address the problem of an advanced AI model that has gone rogue and escaped its guardrails.

I can imagine some of the things that California is doing influencing how Congress thinks about these issues and that becoming something bigger.
