There’s something wrong with Donald Trump’s health or cognitive abilities. There’s a reason he keeps going to the hospital and they keep giving him cognitive tests.

I urge the administration to reverse that and to allow their arms sale to proceed.

It doesn’t mean there’s fraud, it just means the game was completed. That’s what we’re seeing right now, we’re completing the vote count. And then we’re going to see who wins and who loses.

We’re asking Senate Democrats to vote no on this continuing resolution, which is not clean, and it makes cuts across the board.
