In Congress, you have to build a consensus. You actually have to get groups and members of Congress and organizations to support what you’re trying to do.

Unfortunately, the Chair of this Committee himself ignored a bipartisan Congressional subpoena.

It shouldn't be this hard in America, and President Kamala Harris will make sure it's not.
