Well, I think it's a good step for the administration to suspend payment or shut down their clinics, but I think it's important to have a separate audit agency, independent from the aide department in charge to actually conduct an audit to find out who knew what, when, why something was not done sooner and how do we reduce the weaknesses in the system and what laws or policies may need to be changed.
