My recommendation to this administration is our policy in North Korea should be that if indeed it appears that, again, this unstable--and that is a generous way of describing this dictator's personality--an unstable character like this looks like he is going to launch a rocket, again, another missile with capabilities of threatening the United States, we should shoot that missile down.

That is absolutely false. Attorney General Garland was very clear, the law applies equally to everyone, regardless of your party or whether you're rich or poor, or whatever race you are, the law applies equally in America.
