My recommendation to this administration is our policy in North Korea should be that if indeed it appears that, again, this unstable--and that is a generous way of describing this dictator's personality--an unstable character like this looks like he is going to launch a rocket, again, another missile with capabilities of threatening the United States, we should shoot that missile down.
