A Nation that values democracy cannot discriminate against an individual because of their sexual orientation. But I must say, Mr. Chairman, that ultimately I do support this bill, and I encourage my colleagues to do the same. I want to thank the many staff members who have worked very hard on this legislation, and we look forward to this being signed into law. Mr. McKEON.
